Open a fresh notebook, Word document, blog post, anything you want to start noting down your answers to a few personal details as we go through all the steps.

You Write (YW):

Consider a day in your life.

Are you satisfied? Productive? Energetic? Loving? Contributing? Free of pain? Maybe not happy all the time, but definitely a little happy every day?

Or is it the complete opposite?

Until you considered your day, you were in a period of ignorance.

Blissful, wasn’t it? The saying is so true, you highly enjoy life when you don’t know what’s really going on under the surface, content to drift automatically in your habits and rituals and ignoring things that contradict what you think of yourself.

But now?

You feel that something has been off for a while; your clothes that usually look good and feel good don’t fit, you get out of breath easily, you make excuses to get out of activities, your doctor commented during a check-up, your spouse or mother wanted to sit down with you and have a meaningful heart-to-heart…

You now feel like examining your life, seeing what you want to change and envisioning your future achievements.

Keep remembering that your mind and eyes have been opened.
